Now that, that is taken care of. Ausha has been nothing short of awesome in all of our dealings with her. Our most recent purchase is our second purchase with her, and was also our first time listing with her. She always communicates/responds in timely manner(a huge deal for me) was super flexible in timings for showings, walk-throughs, etc, is super efficient and timely in getting paperwork done, kept us up-to-date on what was happening at each stage, very knowledgeable, yet humble enough to admit if she needed to search for an answer to one of our questions(another big deal for me), and always made sure we really understood what was happening at any given point in the process.
Anyone that knows me, knows I’m pretty particular in who I work with and do not mince words/actions if someone isn’t meeting my standards.(I probably wasn’t her easiest client to deal with) Ausha has well exceeded my standards on every facet of the house buying process. We do not and will not hesitate to refer her to anyone. 100% will be using Ausha for our next one!
